Solution for No Laser Given OUT
When you use laser engraving machine, you may encountered the issue of no laser given out. There are 3 reasons for no laser given out. 1. Laser tube, 2. Laser power supply, 3. The wire between laser tube and power supply.
Exclusion method: 1. Find another wire to short connect with P and G port. If laser comes out, then it means laser power supply and laser tube can work, the wire connection is with problem.
2 Find laser power supply, pull off its signal terminal, like the below photothen press TEST, connect the cathode clip to the casing to see if there is fire comes out. If there is, then it means that the laser power supply can work, if not, then it means that the power supply is with problem.
3 Check if the wire between laser power supply and cathode/anode of laser tube, to see if burnt.
4If you press TEST key, it is with laser given out, while no laser given out when engraving, then measure the voltage of Y2 terminal on the control card when the machine is engraving.

Voltage is from a few tenth of voltage between G and L L(low level)
If no laser given out, the voltage between G and IN is 0V L(low level)
Voltage between G and L is 5V H(high Level)
Please be sure there is configuration program( file) in the machine, and no fault of power configuration and software.
Pull off signal wire between laser power supply and control card(Y2 terminal on control card), connect the red cathode with casing, then short connect LPG on the power supply, turn on machine, to see if the red cathode can be on fire. If there is fire, then it means power supply can work, it is laser tube with the problem.
Turn off machine, connect the cathode of laser tube with casing, turn on machine, press TEST key, see if there is fire out from cathode.

when the laser power supply is under standby condition, press TEST, LASER lamp is lighting, there is laser from laser tube; if the LASER lamp is not lighting, then laser power supply is broken; if LASER lamp is on, no laser from laser tube, then the laser tube is with problem.
Voltage is from a few tenth of voltage between G and L L(low level)
If no laser given out, the voltage between G and IN is 0V L(low level)
Voltage between G and L is 5V H(high Level)
