This rotary drum dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30-60%. Wet material is input into the hopper.
This dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 40-70%. The dryer is equipped with three fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

Kiln Building Structure
The kiln is built in all aluminum and stainless steel constructon for corrosion resstance and is installed on a concrete foundation. The construction consists of an aluminum inner wall and outer wall with fiber glass insulation in between. The multi-layer kiln structure can effectively balance expansion and shrinking stresses caused by temperature differences between the inside and the outside of the kiln while in operation. This ensures that the kiln stays prperly sealed. In cold area like syberia, we adopt 150mm thicknes profile and 35x35mm corrugated ceiling, which can afford 200KG snow load.
Door and Door Carriage
International popular one-piece kiln door is in all aluminum suspension rail style. The whole kiln door is prefabed with fiber glass insulation to thoroughly prevent thermal bridge effect and to optimize inslulation performance. Particular high temperature resistant PVC insulation gasket strips are not aging in high temperature condition for a long time and will keep kiln door closely sealed. Door carriage adopts international popular style, stable movement, convenient to lift.
